I've got two hoses (only one is complete on the fiero side) and no fiero. You have a PM.

These came with the car. I was told that some welding needed to be done to make one that will work with the 3800 and the 87 Fiero.

No welding. Just new hoses between the aluminum sections. If you sent me the reusable sections from those, a new set of 3800 ac hoses would cost 95 or 55 shipped to your door. 95 with the port for the sensor. 55 without.

I can make a set of these for 84's now too.

Strait and too the point; Is this the only thing really needed to adapt the Fiero AC system to the 3800 sc? I should order a set if so. I just don't have the cores to send yet.

Sorry if this has already been answered in the thread.

Correct. Plug and play.
Of course you still have to have the wiring correct too. But other than that, this is all you need to connect the 3800 compressor to the Fiero A/C hard lines that run under the car.

#*#*#* Attention*#*#*#I only have about 4 or 5 more inline switch ports left. It will take a little while to get more made.
So get your name on the list if you need a set anytime soon.

I'm working on a couple sets where heat protection was desired. Here is a sneak peek...
I'm waiting for the smaller sized ferrules to get here so I can attach the high pressure hose. That's why there's only one hose connected right now.

The sleeves are called ThermaFlect by Heatshield Products.

It adds $75 to the overall cost. But these babies look like they're ready for the space program.

I got them. Your Fiero lines are froze up, refusing to swivel in the aluminum block. I have been successful in salvaging a set like this in the past but I had to soak them for a couple days to dissolve the corrosion. Yours are soaking now. If you need them this weekend, I'll send a premade set. Otherwise I usually try to send back the ones you sent me.
