Hello, ive looked at all the lift point diagrams and just have a quick question about the front and want to be perfectly clear. To jack up the front, i put it under the center of the crossmember, under the bracket that the coolant tubes are going through? Sorry about the dumb question it just seems a little sketchy to me. Thank you

Sometimes a floor jack won't go underneath the GT's or aero trim cars. It can be used by going under the sides and lifting on the body lift points.

Above map has missing front jack stand points.
88 should have a guard where pipes cross the front end.
But many have issues w/ 88 and older... Big one is "Map" like above shows "Floor jack" locations but GM docs and most others assume you have a Full Size "Pro" Floor Jack that easily jack 3 to 5 Tons. And Most places/people just don't have these "Old school" jacks that can reach the Fiero front cross-member and handle still moves w/o hitting the car.
Second is those jacks often have a large saddle. That spreads the load on a bigger point and can move the saddle too so hopefully can't slip.
These maps show jack a control arm... Only to change a tire. Even then can have problems.
Make sure jack only hit the guard and can't slip now or later.
For many cars w/ smaller floor jacks I use Front frame points and jack each side to jack the whole front.
