So I picked up an aldl cable to get my readings, check for codes, senors working ect. Now all I am trying to do is compare these to a fiero thats not running poorly like mine(poor acceleration under load) and see if it will help lead me to the right thing I need to fix or at least a general direction. So I came to the place with all the smart people because I couldn't find anything online, in my user manual, repair manual, ect. My car is an 85gt 2.8l .

Hard to say without more context, but what's with the single low oxygen sensor reading, and the coolant temperature never changed from very cold? How long was the car on? First few readings appear to be before the car was started, and with it just sitting there in park/neutral?

Make your WinALDL readings easier to see/interpret by downloading and installing the viewer discussed in the following thread...
New version of ALDLView!

I dunno... I've never had any issues with that program.
I found something relevant from an old thread.

The first thing I like to check is that both the Manifold Air Temperature and Coolant Temperature sensors are working properly. After the car has sat all night, see what the readings are. You can plot multiple readings on the graph at once, and ALDLView will also save GIF's of what you're looking at.
Here's an old reading I just randomly grabbed of my Formula. Notice how when the engine starts, the two temperature readings are very close to each other.

Ya I just uninstalled and re downloaded both winaldl and aldlview and aldlview still wont show anything, does any one have readings in their fiero that I could compare mine to to at least see if its close or not?

Patrick's graph showed coolant temp going from 87 to 208. Your coolant temp is going from 113 to 110. Something is not right there.

This was taking the car for a drive after it had warmed up for a while

I don't see the Manifold Air Temperature readings at all, and the maximum Coolant Temperature of 141°F is way too cold.
Do you actually have a thermostat installed? If you do, what temperature is it rated at? Should be 195°F.[This message has been edited by Patrick (edited 04-03-2020).]
