power window motor (Page 1/1)

looking for advise on replacing passenger side power window motor,assuming I need to remove outer door skin?have drilled out the five rivets

I've replaced 4 of them (2 cars).

The door skin doesn't need to be removed.

"Bad" PW Motor(s) for Fiero and many others is a symptom of other problems...
Iffy electrics, regulator or both will wreck the motor and if you don't fix them new motor have a short life too.
Regulator is entire machine makes window to open/close.
PW Switches isn't only thing causes Low Volts to the motor. See my Cave, Electric Motors
