Hello here is my story. My 88 Formula has the phantom wipe issue. I tried to put in a new pulse board and I got the same thing. I installed Chiefs circuit that he makes and it still did the same thing. So I have to unplug the wiper motor on nice days and plug it back in on rainy days. I am now thinking that it might be the stalk as this is the only thing left that I can change. So here is what I want to do in the mean time. I want to add a switch to where the plug is on the wiper motor so I dont have to keep going in and out all the time. What wire can I cut and put this switch in?
