I've read that as well. You can see my above edit for clarification. I must say I was surprised when I read it. I found a thread where someone had flowed the stock and modified intakes, I guess you could plug those numbers in and see what a theoretical max hp would be.
I remember page 2 of that thread quite well. The Finnish fellow had a couple of good suggestions. (Unfortunately, his posted image is now gone forever.)
