C7 is the bypass to distributor C pin
F-10 is the Pass key input but that has been already been shut off in the program. Unused.
Will get back on this tomorrow.

Here is how the ECM determines the gear that the car is in - so basically all you need to tell the ECM is that the car is not in park for it to operate correctly with a manual transmission (the car has to think that it is in drive according to an old Rockcrawl post). Park setting is not required to start the car as it is not used in the manual transmission install - in fact as far as the ECM knows, the car is in drive (OD or 3rd gear).

I know you say the security lock is removed in the software, but are you sure it was removed correctly? I used the electronic module (available on ebay). I had it running at the wrong frequency and until I fixed it, the car wouldn't start and exhibited the exact same symptoms. The module is really cheap.... maybe worth giving it a try

This could be the issue, but generally the engine would still fire but it would die shortly after a second or 2.

Mine actually wouldn't fire up. Very much the same symptoms
