I am having an issue with the gas door on my clone. Could someone post some pics showing the gas door and what Corporate Concepts did, including the area underneath and the filler tube??

Much appreciated.

I will take photos tomorrow but IIRC, it is basically a standard Fiero design.

Here are a couple of photos but it still looks stock to me. I know for a fact that the stock Fiero external gas cap cover will directly bolt to a Mera. Note that I do not own a conventional Fiero so I might be wrong. These photos are all I can get without some vehicle disassembly and I am reluctant to do that. Maybe I can get a few more photos the next time I have it on a lift.

Thank you, Nelson. I appreciate the help.

Do you happen to know if the fill tube is stock, or was it split to accommodate the change in body width?

thanx again,

To the best of my knowledge, the fill tube is stock.

Hmm?? Can I ask one more favor, Nelson??

Could you please measure the distance from the Driver's door edge to the leading edge of the gas door?
That will give me an idea if mine has moved back.

Again, much appreciated.

Bob

How much wider are MERA (is it supposed to be capitalized?) rear fenders than original rear fenders?

Rough guess from my work chair is about 0.75 - 1.5" per side.

When I line up the stock pieces to the fender loosely, I have about a 1/2" gap between the plastic carrier and the flange on the tube.

It looks to be almost exactly 14" for your desired measurement.
