is there any interest in stainless 3/8" header flanges for the 3x00 engines? I drew a set of custom flanges that will offer better spark plug access than the "Stainless steel headers" flanges, and a more correct port shape than the BCC or Stainless Steel Header flanges Ports are sized for 1.5" OD primary, or weld el's can be welded to the face of the flange (what I'm doing). I can only make this happen with 10 orders or more, and that puts the cost per set at $100 shipped to the lower 48. If I make less than 10 sets, the price will be higher depending on how few I make.

I have quite a bit of time invested in the design to account for thermal expansion, and accurate shaping of the ports. The flanges are based on LX9 3500 heads, and should fit LX9's, 3400's, and all large port 3100's. I don't currently have a plan to make any other engine flanges, or and other materials other than 304 stainless steel. if you're interested, let me know, I'd like to have the order to the laser cutters no later than Wednesday March 11th.
