Interesting that someone offers a kit, especially with the differences between 88 and earlier. Also not that it has 8 bags. 
I've seen Shem's build. Just curious what others are doing because not a lot has been posted here. I designed the electronic hardware for one of the major players, so I do have a little bit of an in with them. I'm just not to a point of installing a system.

That link above is very similar stuff to the ebay junk I bought. Lots of people selling the same cheap stuff for crazy prices, look on ebay for the same stuff much cheaper. I got $500 total in my kit and got 2 nicer compressors and a 5 gal ss tank, and the valve manifold. Good starter kit to get your feet wet but def not for a daily driver. I have a front air suspension on an 87 Mera that was lowered. I used a Fiero store kit that was supposed to drop the car one inch but actually went two plus inches. I could not get out of my driveway without scraping the bottom of the car. I added auxiliary shocks to the front end, installed a compressor and manifold behind the trunk, and ran appropriate power and air lines to the front. The defrost switch was reutilized to add or dump air from the shocks and I have a pressure gauge mounted in a gauge pod. It worked fine, but my initial power source was taken from a switched ignition circuit and the battery often ran down from pumping up the receiver prior to actually starting the car.
The simple fix was adding a disconnect switch to the compressor power supply and that was the approach that I took. I could also have added a separate non ignition related circuit to power the compressor but the switch was less work.
