Looks pretty damn good... except for the back.
I'm curious though, just what is the story on the rear of the car?

It was bumped in the back enough to bend the beam. And poke a hole in the bumper cover.

Well I have a box full of receipts now and still cant get it to fire.
Things I have replaced so far.................
Battery Gas pump Gas tank (it was rusty) Fuel filter It holds 45 to 50 PSI I then tried to start it with no nothing.
The distributor was rusty inside so I replaced it. Cap and rotor I figured out to set the distributor positively with a vacuum gauge and visual in the #1 cylinder just to verify the harmonic balance hasn't slipped.
The ignition coil Plug wires (rusty inside) Spark plugs (ACDelco R42TS Conventional spark plugs @.045 gap) O2 sensor IAC valve
I have verified spark at the plugs.
I noticed the plugs were dry so I replaced the fuel rail and injectors. I had a spare laying around.
I have the ALDL pins A and B shorted. At first the SES light didn't come on so I swapped out the ECM then I realized the bulb was burned out.
I put in a good radio and put on some Beastie Boys STILL nothing.
It is flooding now so I give up for a couple days. I removed the plugs and laid a fan on top of the engine to dry it out. I was getting alot of gas out of the cylinders with a blow gun.
I did get a little almost sputter once after i put he new fuel rail in.
I did this all this weekend so I am wore out. Any suggestions?

Do you have spark... or do you have SPARK?
It's gotta be able to jump a 1/4" gap (outside of the combustion chamber).

How does the vacuum gauge come into play?

Spark, not sure I know a positive way to test it. I just laid the plug on the strut stud and cranked it. It sparked. It had autolite platinum plugs in it so I went back to OEM.
