Go to the "history" tab and all of your photos will show in a list. Click the link box directly below one of the pictures, come back here, right-click and paste the image url.

If you have just downloaded the photo to PIP, go to the new post and place the cursor where you want the photo. Then depress the Ctrl and V keys and the photo posts.
