Alex was killed in a motorcycle accident, a few years ago.
Some time after that, his son posted on here, and sounded at least moderately enthusiastic about the car.

Haven't heard anything in quite a while, however.

Edit - Here's that thread. In the archives...

Yes I know about Alex's mortal motorcycle accident .... I am wondering does anyone know how to get a hold of his son?? And what the plans are on Plazma?

I don't know how to get a hold of his son but I was just reading over that thread and there are some members on there who seem to know quite a bit about the molds and parts. I would try to PM/email them and see if they know. I am curious myself. That car was beautiful.

Sent his son a PM to see if Plazma would be up for sale or available for shows.

I still have the son's phone number, but have not talked to him in a while.

As far as i know the car is still sitting untouched in a family members garage here in Florida ever since Alex died.

This story is really sad, I have never seen that car before and it looks amazing. So sad he was taken in a motorcycle accident.

It is a safe bet that car is around. His son inherited it and last we heard it was located somewhere in Florida or New York City. Since we never see it, perhaps it was put in storage. Alex put an intense amount of work into that kit car. It was built as a demonstrator model and for advertising it with the hope of marketing kits. The project was dropped because importing the kits was not cost competitive and the Fiero kit car market was shrinking. IIRC the fiberglass parts were all imported from Russia and the molds and a couple of other cars still exist over there.

The nose and front fenders are from the 93-97 Firebird with mods to the grill area... The rear looks like something I've seen on a factory car before as well, perhaps a Honda. Obviously he molded everything to blend into the Fiero door/roof area... Even the interior was molded off a 3000GT interior. It could be reproduced. However, Alex was extremely well at 'fit and finish' work. His touches made everything stand out.
