So... a colleague of mine is telling me that F1 is going to come to Miami, by the stadium by April 2021?

My house is literally 9 miles from the stadium, down the main road... with all these major construction projects and tourist venues being built (the huge guitar at the Hard Rock Casino), etc... I'm more and more thrilled about the fact that I didn't sell my home.
