I have gotten through the physical install of a 3800 n/a 4t65HD series 3 with a series 2 computer.

Thanks to the information from Ryan I have the parts necessary to build the fuel regulator and will be sending off the computer Monday to him. Thanks to Rob I have a handle on the wiring.

Are there stock radiator hoses to connect the Fiero system to the 3800?
Is there a stock air intake system that is compatible or do I need to build one?

Thanks
Chris

I used this website for a few things related to my 3800 swap. http://www.gmtuners.com/fiero/parts.htm

The part # for the T-stat housing to L-side coolant tube is the right one (Dayco E71082 ) and I was pleasantly surprised. I went into Orielys and said I need this part and it was even in stock. I think I had to give them the vehicle it came from which was a 83 buick regal 3.8. Went back home to see if it fit and it fit like that was the right hose to go there. Bends were in just the right places and was the correct length, awesome. The passenger side one just fit for me. Stock fiero hose that was on my car was the right length to reach to the water pump without issues. Heater hoses I have run different than I've seen others run them. Also I have a 85 so I had to run 2.

As for the intake there are many ways to make it. I went my own way with it and bought these:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/pr...i_detailpage_o03_s00
http://www.amazon.com/gp/pr...i_detailpage_o02_s00
http://www.amazon.com/gp/pr...i_detailpage_o00_s00

Looks great and it could not be any bigger diameter in order to fit through the hole in front of the rear wheel without some modification (where the stock 2.8 one goes). If I remember right I think the aluminum pipe was almost twice what I needed but I wanted to make sure I had enough
