Those look like a home brew version of the 12" C4 rotor kit for the 88 Fiero using the stock 88 Fiero calipers.

If they are, then I now offer the same kit (slightly different bracket design) and could donate 4 new brackets to the RottinChop project. I am travelling right now, but could ship them on wednesday.

You can search my userid in the mall to find the thread on the 12" kit with pictures.
