Hi - long story short (hopefully) - a couple of years back when I was putting my 87 gt back together I had a problem with bleeding the brakes - turned out with the help of members on here that it was the master cylinder.
so I ordered a rebuilt master cylinder.
due to shipping costs I kept my old one.

does anybody know if I can get a rebuild kit for it so that I have a spare "ready to go" on the shelf.

any opinions are always welcome

AC Delco makes one, easy to install, only hard part is prying the c-clip out. AC Delco 18G1276, or GM 19114045, $24 + shipping on Rock Auto

Many seals fail because the MC Bore(s) are bad and eat the seals.
Fiero MC is quick take-up design...
QT valve is not available in a "rebuild" kit.
"Honing" aluminum MC is very hard for DIY jobs.
