You're not kidding about a heck of a storm. Got up this morning to find the mailbox was taken down, and the snow is up past the bottom of the cars in the driveway, and even deeper at the end by the road.

Upon further inspection, the mailbox came down from the weight of the snow that hit it, and not the snow plow itself. Since Kalkaska only replaces mailboxes that they hit directly, it looks like we get to put up our box ourselves.
