What's his actual name? I'm sure that I can find something to send, but without his name I don't think that they will know who F-I-E-R-O is.
Also how did he get access to the internet? Down here they don't have it in anything like that in a correctional facility. They have computers, but no internet.
Lucky fellow.

Those bathroom readers rock, he'll love it. On another note, the Jails up here wont allow any magazines, and just softcover books. Something about staples or what not, I'm sure his isn't that different. Somebody send a Cake with a file in it HI F-I-E-R-O!!!!!!!! Man we miss you here, tell them you can't do stuff like that, your our b!tch. Brad

Since I suggested it, I'll do the first round. I can set my printer to do mostly b/w so I won't eat up a ton of ink. I would imagine "revealing" pics wouldn't be allowed, so the "Girls....." topics probably wouldn't be good. I wouldn't want to print the pics anyway. I played with Firefox and ran some threads off at 30% scale and they looked OK.
He owns an 85. Don't know what mods he was working on or wanted, but his profile mentioned graphics & art, so I assume he'd be interested in that. I'll take suggestions, run off some topics that are 2-3 pages or so back (or getting there), and stick em in a mailer. TG

Stoners would put a drop of acid in the middle of a stamp and send it to people in jail. You pull off the stamp and lick/eat it to get stoned. I dont think jail is somewhere I would want to be tripping now that I think about it

We are not sure if he has family of his own in there . Andrew is married with children. I checked the local lock up and only magazines or books from publishers (newspapers also) can be sent. Used reading materials can only be donated to religious or other good will organizations for random distribution. Seems that....

whats your prison story (others who have been there) ?
i dont think ive ever heard of anyone whose been to prison... im kind of sheltered.
so F-I-E-R-O is in there because he didnt pull over? and for 6 months?! is he a young guy? or a man with a family of his own?
Can't be a whole lot of stories, there is absolutly nothing to do, so you sleep 20 hours a day, talk to other inmates when you are awake, read letters, read torn up books. Thats really all there is to do in jail around here anyway. Brad

This is Linda Rogers, Andrew's wife. I have him on the phone now and I'm acting as his secretary:
Now for Andrew:
"Hey thanks for the response! I just want to let Ed know that I got his Fiero Newsletters. I definitely need to work on his logo! I want to give Hugh a huge thank you for the book. To answer questions about what it's like in here, it's a big huge room surrounded on the outside by two layers of cells. There are 59 guys in my unit. The shower has a door on it. It's mostly carpeted with 2 TVs, one for movies and one for sports. The pod I'm in is a theraputic pod. That means that there are various self-help classes. I'm currently tutoring one inmate for his GED. Tough thing is that I just found out he is a child molester. I'm learning how to play poker and I straighten out the library's torn paper back books. I can play ping pong, walk around the yard or play volleyball. But mostly I just hang out and read. There are a lot of drunks and scumbags in here. Not my idea of fun. You can send anything short of hard core **** . And the cool thing is that I got my wife to type that for me. (He's such a jerk). The pic of the jail above...........I'm located in the lower right hand corner as you see the aerial shot.
Now back to Linda:
Thanks for all of the good wishes. He really is a good guy!!
