Anybody want a Banana? Big Red and Gordo were there too. Archie was there too, chilling inside one of the buildings this year. I'll start a new post with more pictures from the show later. Here a parting one of the trophy I won today. First place baby, My first one.
Sure did, the weather was terrific, till I was getting near the GW bridge on my way back home, then it started to pour. Now I have to wash the car. I'll be in Merrimack, New Hampshire tomorrow for the show they are going to have, but I won't be taking my Fiero, it's earned a rest for a while. Here is some of the stuff you missed.

Aaron, Sorry I dont know who's car it was (maybe Avengador does) but the "tube" on the intake is a piece of a driveshaft from a Ford truck. The guy cut the manifold (its a 3.4TDC) and fabricated the tube setup for more air intake. At the buisness end of the tube is an LT-1 throttle body. That car was sick!, thats the only other thing I know about it. Amazing some of the stuff these guys come up with!

My daughter (Michelle, the one that put the fierogirl in my name) and all the way from California, Scott (Fastback 86) when we were ready to leave the house
The obligatory banana shot (for those of you who don't know, it's BobadooFunk in the banana suit) Left to right, Michelle, Pauly (88Ironduke), Me, Banana man, John (Avengador1) and Scott (Fastback 86)
All the Fiero shots (okay not all, but you get an idea of how many there were)
That's the GTR and it's FFVs new sports car. Not yet released, but will be soon and my son Troy will be on the list to get one. We won't be doing that wing though, it just don't work for us, looks like a ricer thing. Think BMW V10 power...............

Technically, its a Kit Car and Import show that a bunch of Fiero's show up to. Did you see the convertible Camaro with the huge freakin engine?

Yeah, her first love is her '69 Firebird. She even has the firebird emblem tattooed on her hip. She's a fan of the Fiero too. We just replaced an engine from her 85GT (pos) into a beautiful 86SE. She can't wait to drive it.
Scott, I'm glad you made it home safe and sound. It was great meeting you! I hope you had a good time and didn't gain too much weight!

no i did not...and yea youre right.... thats y im letting her slide..THIS time.
Hey, thanks for letting her slide, this time! I'm worried about her taste in cars too. I just wish she would come to her senses and drive what 99% of the kids her age drive. Why oh why couldn't she have found a nice Galant? Instead...this ugly thing!
And then there's her daily driver, the gold '86 SE.
The thing that confuses me though: Why does she keep asking to drive the other two considering she has such bad taste in cars and all? Maybe someday she'll develop a taste in cars and get something really cool like a Civic! I can't wait to work on that!

Glad you made it home safely. Scored another 1st at the second show, eh? Congrats again!
Enjoyed seeing you again. Hopefully the employment Gods will shine down on me and I can get rubber and insurance on "Audrey". I'm not whining. I felt blessed that I could go, especially with Gordo! Your trophies are WELL DESERVED.

Yes, Aus Fiero was there and so were PBJ and Blackie2M6 and their respective spouses, even Kitkar made it from Arizona. It was a great show and the weather was excellent. Many forum members were there and I'm sure we all had a great time, even the hard luck award winners. I didn't get to meet or see everyone but I did see a bunch of them.
