First off let me say this, as for an apology, this is the best he'll get.

I do not like Smoooth GT the person, or Smoooth GT the car. I do not like his attitude tha his car is the center of the PFF universe. Most people I know, And no I'm not gonna name names, do not like the car. Have gotten tired of seeing pictures posted in every thread about any kind of body work. I get tired of seeing people kiss his a$$ about the car. I know my car isn't the greatest thing in the world either, I'm ok with that.

To the rest of ya'll, I apologize for interupting your requests and demands for new pictures of that, well, car. As for me running him off, if he has left, sorry that ya'll lost a friend. If he can't handle a lil bashing, thats not my fault. I've had loads & loads of ppl bash me constantly in the past. I'm still here.

Anyways, I'm gonna go back to my lil corner now and play with my toys. Ya'l have fun now, ya hear.

Well, from a neutral point of view, if you guys dont like the pictures then dont look, as far as you saying you have taken your fair share of bashing, didnt you learn in 3rd grade 2 wrongs dont make a right? If you dont like him or his car, then dont reply.. If I look at threads of cars I dont like, when they post pics, I politely DONT POST, just as I would hope someone do for me. We all mod our cars to our own taste, just because someone else doesnt like it doesnt mean they have the right to belittle us.

Something else you should have also learned in 3rd grade, If you dont have anything nice to say, then dont say anything at all!

Yeah, the whole "look at smoooooth" thing may get old after awhile, but smoooooth the person got his butt beat by cliff, which was highly entertaining. It balances out, ya know?

I think he has alot of good ideas, personally I am interested in seeing the finished product.

It's just bad when the postings turn graphic-heavy, which eats bandwidth, which causes Cliff's Forum to craaaawl...

BTW, If everyone hosts their own sig, does that reduce the burden a bit?

I think he'll be back. He just gets his feelings hurt and retaliates by running off and waits for the coddling "please come back/don't go" posts. But he will be back.

I also agree with a few of you and would like to know why its OK to praise a car, ANY car but if you put it down or don't like it you get BASHED by forum members? I can take criticism of things I own even the way I look and dress. I don't get offended and CERTAINLY don't need someone else defending me. I can do that on my own. And you don't have to explain every comment one makes with the stupid follow up: j/k's and other: your so dumb I know you won't know I'm kidding disclaimers. STOOOOPID already.

Why does it always have to get personal. People just can't seem to read an opinion (pissy or totally innocent) without attacking the poster on a personal level. I've had it done to me on a daily basis. The difference is that I have faith in myself so the opinion of some troll about my parentage just rolls off.
