If I hit, I'm buying watches with my picture on them, and give them to all the ladies that never gave me the time of day, hahaha.

I didn't buy a ticket because it just wouldn't be fair to be this good looking and filthy rich at the same time.

HA !!!

Whoever wins it, by the time the taxman and all the lawyers of long-lost relatives wanting a cut are done with them, will be eye-balls deep in debt over it.

I DID buy a ticket because I've always heard that "money can't buy happiness", but I'm pretty sure that it can rent a whole lot of it.

My 'System' is I buy a ticket whenever it gets big enough to be on the news. I waste $10 a year on lottery tickets, but HEY, you can't win if you don't play!

Then I spend the rest of the year stuck in line at gas stations behind annoying people spending $20/day on them.

Me too. I plan on buying $10 worth. IF ID WIN, Im taking it as lump sum and Ill gladly let them have their taxes. Paying off my sisters ranch and buying every girl friend a new car. For myself, its a nice ranch style mansion out in the country with a few thousand acres surrounded by a 15 foot wall with armed guards. It will have a private lake, airstrip and paved race track to play on.

My pet peeve is when I run into a 7-11 or some place like that to get a pop or something and there's one guy at the counter tying up the clerk for twenty minutes buying Lotto, Powerball, Mega-Millions and scratch-offs.

In this, I whole heartedly agree!

But, since the clerk assured me I had the winning ticket, I've called my realtor and enquired to see if Vermont is for sale....

Many big name financial advisors suggest putting the ticket in a safe place, like a bank vault or deposit box. Seek an investment advisor and an attorney to set up a place for the money to go to be invested and live off the interest. As soon as you have those arrangements made, go sign the ticket as your advisors suggest. Dissappear. Take a couple months vacation.

I'd give my 3 brothers a flat amount. Maybe 100K and tell them to make the best of it. My sister would get more. She's responsible. They aren't. My Church would certainly be taken care of. My Fieros would get new paint jobs.

I think it would be ironic (or funny) if there were to be some sort of software glitch in the quick-pick system and the 1.6 billion dollars gets shared among about 20 million winners who all somehow got the same number. Would kind of deflate the excitement eh?
