1999 3800 sc swap. the cylinder location is 1 3 5 "From the Front of the engine" Under the rear window, 2 4 6 from the Front of the engine , closer to the trunk. What is the
"right plug wire" Location "on the coil pack"??? Starting from the end( "Without the Wire Harness,) is it 6 3 2 5 4 1 ???? every time I look it up online, there are 27 different versions! thanks

Look carefully at the ICM, the order is cast onto the metal.

S/C cars are VIN 1, firing order is the same.

WHERE on the ICM, on the Bottom or under the coils? Thanks, never knew that

Cast onto the rim, IIRC, under the coils.

If it makes routing the wires any cleaner, the two wires on any single coil can be interchanged, since both fire at the same time. This may be why you have found confusing info in postings.

need clarification. WHY would 2 cylinders fire at the same time ?
olejoedad APR 13, 01:46 PM
It's called loost spark ignition, the power cylinder burns fuel, the lost spark cylinder fires the plug to help emissions. The lost spark cylinder is empty, top of the exhaust stroke, IIRC.
