So let me get this straight. According to what John Kerry just said, if there was an attack by ISIS tomorrow that killed a thousand people, could we assume that they're about a month away from no longer existing?

I'm sorry, but the theory of "the more attacks there are, the weaker they are" just doesn't set well with me. I think, with the election coming up, they're downplaying the threat of terrorism with the hopes that people don't see that a lot of this kind of thing is happening during a democrat administration. Mostly because Hillary is promising to continue with more of the same. He's trying to distract people and doing a poor job of it.
