Not really, 'good' fuel tanks are still available, BUT
shipping is the 'real' issue.....

The EPA has some very stringent and steep regulations where shipping these are concerned, as well as securing a legitimate permit to do so. Now should you get caught shipping a used fuel tank the fine is a killer, plus you can be subject to immediate arrest, and the tank is immediately confiscated as it is considered shipping Hazardous Materials.
