Sadly, a wonky hip forces me to let go of this car. Can get in, can't get out. Think "Giraffe drinking water" but in reverse.
'88 Formula, automatic with the following upgrades:
130 Amp alternator
A/C conversion to 134a
1.6 rockers
High flow cat
Dawg style upper intake manifold ported to match 57mm throttle body.
Ported exhaust manifolds.
Underdrive pulleys
Dodgerunner belt tensioner.
Steetrunner coil.
New distributor and ICM.
Hypertech chip.
Slotted rotors with new pads.
Tires have about 80% tread.
I'm the second owner, the car is a garage queen. Never seen rain or driven at night for that matter, though the headlights do work perfectly.
No leaks, no rust, paint is 9.5/10 with a few spider web cracks on the read bumper. Interior is excellent. The steering wheel is GT style with with a "Wheelskin" leather wrap.
Literally the only mechanical defect on the car is the power button on the original radio which won't stay on. (A little piece of paper stuck in the slot is my solution.)
Really hate to let it go but time marches on.
I'm on the Eastern Shore of Virginia in the middle of nowhere so I'd be willing to cross the bridge to the Virginia Beach area to meet any SERIOUS potential buyers. It's a $20 toll so please, out of respect for a fixed income retiree, no Looky Lou's.
$8500
