The connectors you are looking for are made of unobtanium. Sadly they are not available via the aftermarket and those individuals that have them aren't in any hurry to let them go. I have found the best source to be a junkyard / pick& pull. Every time I go I am on the lookout for them but the past couple of cars I've gone to pick have already been picked clean.

Dorman and HELP makes different vacuum line ends but you would have to research the sizes. I know they sell just the tubing and various diameters from 1/8" to 1/2"
I know you're in Canada and you have Princess Auto but I'm not sure if they stock the Dorman or HELP line of products.
