Hi, this is my first post here. Thanks for being kind.

Can someone tell me what the part in the attached picture is called? Also, how do I remove and replace the part?

The plastic thingee on the end of the flat metal piece has disappeared leaving a sharp edge. I would like to find a replacement at a junk yard.

Thanks for your expertise.

Window guide tabs. File the sharp edges down and coat it with this Plastidip liquid electric tape. It leaves a nice rubber coating on the part.

Thanks for the quick reply. I'll buy some Plastidip liquid next time I'm in town. That will a least prevent me from cutting my ear off when "falling" into the car.

Thanks again.

Sorry I cannot find how to read the PM. I'm sure it's something simple, but...
