Just an FYI to everyone - saw these plates on eBay (also available in black)

I planned to get one - UNTIL I saw shipping to Canada was more than twice the price of the plate.
(that's about CDN$45 by the time I get it) Only $8 to mail in the States - though some may think that's high too.

If you want ship it to my box and when I'm in area will cross the border and pick it up for you
Doubt Canada Post will charge arm n leg to get it to you

if you read the description, it states 5.95 for in the usa (lower 48)
I'm willing to bet the "shipping cost" listed below the photo of the item (21.34)

Flags go up with credit card purchases where the shipping address does NOT match the credit card owners home address (and for good reason).

The we build ex... goes back way before that, and the plate will fit any American car no matter the year..

I think he's talking about the design; it was updated to what that plate shows around 89. 87 until then is shown below...
