So my 84 cannot start after 12 hours of sitting. We replaced the alternator and took it for a long drive the might before. Everything seemed good and the battery gauge thing was reading between 13-15 the whole time. It does work. So maybe somewhere from the alternator to the battery is bad idk. Im just looking for common battery drains in fieros and other battery issues.
The battery is new, however its a very inexpensive walmart battery and its been jumped and charged a few times.

With everything turned off, take a 12v test light and ground to metal body/bolt and with light touch every fuse (both sides).

Whichever one gives you a dim light or bright light on test light is the circuit where your parasitic draw is coming from.

Be sure to push the door jam dome light button in with your other hand or that circuit will mislead you.

Before you take all that effort, unhook one of the battery cables overnight and hook it up in the morning and see if it's drained still.

Headlight motors can be a big drain. Unplug them and see if it gets better.
