This is my problem, my Indy sometimes when I go to start it,it won’t crank when I turn the key, I changed the ignition switch the
Ignition lock key and the starter, also new battery, I’ve checked my wires and power seems to reach the starter but no crank, so if I want it to crank I apply a screw driver to the starter to activate it and then I turn the key and it starts up, any ideas?

Manual trans - check the clutch safety switch (purple and yellow wires on plug.
Automatic - check adjustment on neutral safety switch on transmission below the shift lever on transmission.

The nut on the battery cable of the starter has loosened a bit.
