Hey all,

I've searched the various Nose/bumper posts and see tons of them where ppl are going from the 84 style to the aero or gt style. I personally love the 84 nose. I would like to have one on my 87 L4. Has anyone done this?
Am I the only freak that likes the 84 nose? :-) Does anyone know if it's just a matter of swapping all the support brackets and what not?

You can do that. There are a few 'bumperpad' fans around.....quite an exclusive club.

be aware that the molded-in bump strips are not the same.

84 - 86 bumperpad noses will work, like Gall said the side molding is grooved, your 87 is rounded.
