If my memory serves me correctly as I have not had a Fiero's wing stands apart in a few years time the spoiler stands are made out of SMC, so repair procedures would be the same as if you were servicing any other SMC panel, meaning you could not use fiberglass or a polyester resin to properly fill the crack. Those could be used as a support on the backing part of the panel, but not to actually fix the crack. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong though on what it's made out of but again I believe it's SMC like the roof, hood, decklid, and rear body clip.

I believe the only way to make this work is to use JB weld and glue the stud back in.

However, a little off topic.....if ANYONE has a set they can loan me for a little while...broken or not...please PM me. I am going to make new stock sized replacements but I need a set for the molds.

That's what I would do as well, GRP replacements would be the way to go plus if you wanted a custom height stands you would have that option.
