Is this the right radio adapter for the Firebird radio swap? by rbell2915

Here is the adapter.

And tomorrow I'll be going to the junkyard to grab a Fiero's radio harness so I can solder it into my car if needed. (I don't know if the PO spliced into the harness or what, but he didn't bother bolting down the radio so I figured he was kind of an idiot and probably did splice into the harness.)

That's the right adapter for converting to the newer (90s era) GM radio to a stock Fiero harness. But if you are going to cut and splice and solder why not just splice in the correct plug for the firebird radio and be done with it?
