If it's only for the winter, then I'd just put some Stabil in the tank and that's it. Winter in New England is fairly dry when you live inland like Deerfield, Worchester, etc. I wouldn't even bother with dry gas.
What you do what to do though, is make sure you have the Stabil in the lines. So mix it in, and then drive it around before you park it so you can make sure the Stabil is actually in the fuel lines too.
You probably also want to put the car on some stands or blocks in the garage just to keep 50-75% of the weight off the tires so they don't begin to flat-spot.
