His party had a landslide victory. Up to this point his reforms have all been through executive action. His party has won 40%+ of the recent vote with the next closest party around 24%. Now that his political party makes up the majority of the legislature he will be able to push through much more significant reforms and dismantle the socialist institutions in Argentina.

I'm certainly happy about this, but my mom and her brother and sister are all really happy about this, since they were all born in Argentina. That country has been in the shits for too long, and over too many times. It really took a person dedicated to making change for the better, for the population to realize how badly things had become.
