D) You evidently don't watch FOX very often, nor do you have several sources of information from different viewpoints.

E) There is truth in the reports that you cite as false. There were other contributing factors with the CA fires. FEMA helped out in many areas of NC, but there were many areas that they did not have resources to reach. FEMA was not adequately prepared for the scope of the disasters.
