I probably did it to myself. I think I had a blown engine mount as the engine was not aligned straight in the engine bay.
It was good to be back on the track after a year and a half but the rust showed in the first race where I went into turn 3 really wide ... and basically handed the race to the other car.

What time is your great disaster in the video?

Pics of the carnage?

Saturn Vue F23 has 4.40 final and 0.81 fifth... might be better for racing than most F40's, and lighter as well.

He bend my mirror and I have a tire rub mark on the door. My mirror did much more damage to his door.

Hopefully the F40 I ordered has the original gear ratios. You barely get to hit 80mph before going into turn 3...so I'd still prefer highway gears for 4th, 5th and 6th...

Also I only had 2 races and it's not hard to hover over the time meter and look at the mini-view to look for a bright yellow car...

That and the camera angle didn't show the bits that flew off from under the car. In the following race, you see a grey streak on the ground where the crew had to come clean up my mess.

Edit: I believe you see me leak lots of fluid as I pull to the infield AND as the white Camaro crossed the finish line you see a chunk of something on the track
