I'm seeing this a lot more lately, is that even legal?

Don't think they're using them w/ their cellphone, but I guess I could be wrong...

I do. A pair of skullcandy earbud headphones with call answer/hangup button. Usually dangling in one ear, but sometimes I put both on while talking.

In most states it's illegal to have both ears covered. So it is technically legal to have one "dangling". But only way I'll ever talk on a cell phone while driving is with a hands-free on the interstate and only if I need to. Those things are dangerous.

One is OK 2 are illegal in most states that I know. But yet a deaf person car get a drivers license and drive. Never really understood that.

I used to have walkman headphone speakers glued into my helmet when I road. That as well is illegal. Can you tell how old I am?

One is great for communication and they sell walkies for motorcyclist to talk to friends who ride in packs together.
