Wow! can't believe I missed this post.
Dang, this is just to hard to believe although I do. First of all, my heartfelt sympathies to your niece, brother, and the rest of your family.
My mind is spinning. Brad, I am gonna have to get with the missus about any monies that I can afford. I am out of town right now and she is involved with a family ordeal at present. I can see that monies will be helpful for awhile and I hope to be able to help.
I will call Bob Currieo. Before I do, I am gonna get familiar with CAICW so I can present a strong case to Bob Currieo. I will have to do that tonight and call Bob tomorrow.
Does Willie still have tha letter acknowledging his custody ? Not that it should matter because Mya should clearly have history, life long history, with Willie. To upsurp a child as dramatically as that should be in direct conflict with [the best interests of the child[/i]. The most important consideration in any child custody case.
You need some squeak in the wheel Brad. Would not news organizations not be able to apply some heat ?
