Trance Eurodance modern rock/alternative a few songs by Eminem & Crazy Town
I'll tolerate almost anything besides country (I like Shania though.. ), but I absolutely despise jazz, blues, 99% of rap, and most songs written before 1997.

Anything goes except for country, disco, and hip hop or bee bop or whatever they call it. My preferences are metal (Sacred Reich, Sepultura, etc), classic rock (Jimmy Hendrix, The Doors, etc) , classical(Holst, Beethoven, etc), electronic (Synergy, Tangerine Dream, etc).

I listen to all kinds of music ... except gangsta rap .... I can even handle the occational hip hop type song .... but my tastes really lean toward female singers. Some of my favorites are Stevie Nicks, Olivia Newton John, Heart, Patty Loveless, Shania Twain, the Dixie Chicks, Maria Carey, Faith Hill, The Pretenders, etc. I even like the blues that a new girl, Nora Jones, is doing.
But I also bands like ZZ Top, Brooks and Dunn, Ted Nugent and Aerosmyth.

Most recently I've dusted off the flannel and have been really enjoying Alice In Chains. Too bad Layne died. Oh yeah lots of Concrete Blonde. Peace Justis

Add Rock to that list and that's my preference also. I know that Bob marley's children were trying to honor him with A tribute to a legend, but they ruined all his songs when they sang them IMHO.

I like most music, except Country. The closest I'll get to country is Jimmy Buffett, and I'm a huge Parrothead. Normally it's classic rock, but everything from Sinatra to classical to Alternative and Punk Rock works too.
Oh, and my favorite artist right now is: Mary Prankster 100% Rock & Roll!! She's hard to categorize. Punk rock in attidute, but the music ranges from rock, punk, to blues and jazz, even a bosanova on her last ablum. I'll just call it "Irish Folk Punk"
late 70's punk tom petty linkin park tori amos my fav is from aus's homeland,he's opened for alot of people and right now is opening for tori.....HOWIE DAY....and he's finally getting some air time over here, and he's #2 for the artist to watch for 2003.nothing plays in the fiero but howie.

Crack The Sky is my all time favorite band. Frank Zappa Pink Floyd Warren Zevon Beatles Ted Nugent Steppenwolf King Crimson Emerson, Lake and Palmer Yes Black Sabbath Jethro Tull Metallica Talking Heads Beastie Boys Offspring
Lots of other stuff that I can't think of just now, but just about any and all classic rock. I could go on for hours. The less radio play it got, the better.
Also like Beethoven and Sinatra, among others.
