I pronounce it mun-ee-pit, spelled F-I-E-R-O, they are all silent (car won't start so it won't make a noise.....)
Sorry, I had too.....
BTW I really pronounce the same as you do!

my old boss used to call it Fer-air-oh... not sure where the 2nd 'R' is... maybe its an invisible 'R'.. kinda like how there are silent letters.. this one is an invisible letter

The question should be is how he should say it in Canadian. They do drive ZED 28's.

Ask an Italian as it means "brave" as they wanted to give it an Italian name so it may need an accent.

Not to be petty but Fiero actually means "Proud" in Italian
Fiero translation Italian > English *
but the rest is right on the money
*From the Oxford Unabridged Italian > English dictionary

From the same page:
Additional Translations/Traduzioni aggiuntive:
fiero (crudele) adj fierce (violent)
I'll take that definition over "Proud" Thank you very much

lol, that struck me as really funny this morning.
I personal say it as Fee-air-oh, but I have heard some one say Fer-are-oh. I am guessing a mixture of Fiero and Ferrari.

I have one. It always strikes me as very odd to hear it referred to as a ZEE 28, especially when the only item I'm familiar with which is normally called ZEE is...

How do you pronouce the word Fiero? With a slurred speach, a glock in one hand, and a knife in the other.
