It can be found at http://www.forum.westcoastfieros.com and head into Downloads and then to "Fiero ****" the name is a joke by our web designer. WE have the 1990 Fiero Buildup video and "A Fiero the car is born" as well as some other video's. There will be more videos added later. Tons of Fiero Racing and driving videos. The 1990 video is very poor quality due to it being taken from a 15 year old VHS that had been copied so many times. The movie is nearly 200meg, but it shows very close up video of how they put the 1990 Fiero together. The only thing I ask in return for this, is that you guys toss me a plus so I can too have a ratings bar. Snivel. Let me know how fast your download was. I have a feeling it is going to be a bit slow due to the amount of people downloading it at one time. It is being hosted on a T3 connection, but if there are a ton of people, it is going to slow down.

I am not sure, they were all done with Windows Movie Maker 2 and Windows Media Player 9. Not to sound rude, but how old is your computer and how much RAM do you have.

I already have a copy of the tape from eBay, but I threw you a positive for hosting it on the web. The video is awesome! It is a must see for any fans of the 1990 Fiero.

From what I understand YOU NEED Windows Media Player 8 or 9 if you use 8 you will have to download the latest codecs. Windows Media Player 9 has the correct codecs already in it.

WEll it looks like the average person is pulling 50-100kbps. The server has now past the 36 gig mark for outbound traffic in the past 6hrs and 37min. Ok thank you 87GTSleeper, I never thought to have people check for driver updates on there video card. But that is a good idea. It seems like 1 in 10 people have a hard time with WMA files.

It sure works for me. I watched all the videos, What a good job you did. However I have a DSL connection. I would say it would take days with a dail-up to watch them.
I really enjoyed them thanks.

Yep the forum admin just changed it so you must regester. Sorry guys. But regestration is free. He did it just so it would slow the amount downloads and stretch it out a bit. We have managed to pull over 80 gig of data in less than 12hrs.

I keep trying to login and go to the downloads but it keeps saying" user staus offline" then when I try to go to the downloads it says you are trying to access a restricted area. The thing is I already registered and downloaded the 1990 Fiero video just fine. Oh and a plus for you.

Ya I have a banner thingy. Ok you are the 2nd person that had a problem I am not sure what the deal is I am going to contact the admin for the site and see if he can work it out. He is taking care of the programing and bandwidth, I am taking care of the content. It might be something as simple as loging off and re-loging in.

I still can't get in. I'm behind a firewall at work, is taht the problem? I can get the video to open Windows Media Player 9, but it says it can't find the file. How on earth do you download it?
how big is the video? if you're worried about bandwidth, maybe I could offer some space for a while.. I registered, it said my account activated within 24h?? uh.. that's a liberal estimate, right? I wanna see the video now.

ugh! windows 98 wont allow an installation of WMP 9.0, anyone able to convert this movie so it is viewable on 98 compatible media players?...or perhaps someone can hook me up with WindowsXP

I'm running Windows 98SE and it plays fine on my PC. I had to update to Media Player 9 Series. I just clicked on Windows Update, and selected the Media Player 9 Series update. It gives you basically the same media player as used on XP. Even looks the same.

Yeah, that's my favorite part of the new design. Looks awesome, and makes servicing easier since the sail panels lift away. VERY cool. Now, don't paint the decklid part, and have a clear engine cover.
It's a shame that car never saw the light of day. I'd be driving one of them rather than my 88 Formula.
