My radiator fan is not working properly. Under normal idle and driving conditions it does not run regardless of temperature. But, if I turn the AC on, the fan runs at the higher speed that it should when the AC is on. The problem is?????????????? Fan relay????????? Thanks Ed

Fan relay is good if A/C is in use. Try checking the fan switch.

Without knowing which engine I cannot give the correct location for the switch.
