I just put lowering springs on and when the vehicle was finally lowered to the ground the front was 2 in. higher than the rear. The top four coils on the rear are already touching just under the vehicles weight. I believe they are the correct number as the kit PN is 3802.140 and the front and rear springs have the numbers 3802.001 and 3802.002 respectively. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi jdwright18,

I think that you had the most common problem when changing springs, you must not tighten your suspension (A arms) with the tires off the ground, because the bushings will act as a spring an carry all the wheight of the car, and this problem gets agraviated if you are using poly, you must tighten the A arms and bolts with the suspension loaded so the bushings wont act as a springs, and you will notice how the car wikk sit lower, also after a week or so of driving the springs will settle a little more.

Good Luck ...

yes, and if that's the case you wil also damage the bushings by twisting/binding them up

Here is what happened to me when I put lowering springs in the front. One was higher than the other. Turned out I didn't have the end of the spring down into the "pocket". Once I fixed it, all was good.
