Thinking of adding a nitrous system to my car. How much is the stuff and how long does it last. How many runs do you get for say........... a 20lb tank? Thanks for the info guyz. Peace

It is about $4.00 a lb. here. Depends on the shot, but generally a 10lb bottle will last 3 continuous minutes. So at the strip 12-15 runs. I have 2 bottles (10lb) so I can have a spare in case I run out. General precautions: Use ONLY at WOT, at least 1 step colder plugs, spiral core wires, MSD coil, if you run in winter you will need a bottle heater, get a fuel pressure safety switch which will not allow the solenoids to ground unless fuel pressure is at a minimum of 35psi, last GET IT DYNO'ED WITH A WIDEBAND O2 SENSOR TO GET THE PROPER A/F RATIO..............Paul

Sorry for yelling at you dude

Be sure you do a compression test first. If any cylinder is showing less than 100, don't waste your money on nitrous. As they say "I knoweth of what I speak" My car went BOOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ed
