I think my TPS is freaking out on me. How do I test it?

Connect a volt meter between the blue and black wires at the TPS. With key on and engine not running, slowly open the throttle while watching the volt meter. Look for a smooth, continuous rise in voltage; any sharp dips indicate a bad TPS. Here's a link with more info...
