Here, you can rate a member of PFF. You have three choices:
Positive,
Neutral or
Negative.
If the total rating of a user is negative, he is in the danger zone.
Below a certain rating this member will be automatically banned from the forum.
You can always change your rating of a user at a later time. For instance,
if at first you rated a user negative and he has changed his behavior
positively, you can either change your rating of this person to neutral
(effectively removing your rating) or change it to positive.
