LOL... don't know where this is, don't feel like looking at the image metadata. But if it's in Florida or other sought-after places... the home could still be worth more than the Ferrari (F8, GTB?) under the car cover.

Yeah, it's a C8. Out in the weather with a chitty car cover.

My money says no wife, ex-wife or kids. Looks like a starter man cave. Just need the garage-mahal.

What I saw was a white female with a dog, black male covering up the car.

My guess is a rental property with a cheap-ass owner (or management company) who wont spend a penny in repairs, and a tenant who says "screw you, I wont either...but here is my shiny new car"

You got me curious what I could find so I mapped the property online. Owned by a couple with same last name with that address as residence for 15 years, and holy crap they paid 99k for that house back then. I wouldn't give but 85k today. And it showed 13 traffic or criminal records associated with male name.

I'm all for spending money on a car you like but a steel carport is cheap preservation insurance.

What I mostly see is a questionable quality roof adversely affected by evil tree leaves.

There clearly was a carport, but it's since been enclosed.

The car showed up within the past few weeks
The carport was enclosed long, long ago. 3-4 decades ago most of the flat roof attached carports in the area were already converted to pitched roof and half were already enclosed.
Based on sale price it was already living space when they purchased it mid 2000s. 1430 sq ft.
