He is yet another scammer. But apparently, since I've been actively monitoring suspicious PM behavior and banning scammers almost immediately after they tried to contact people through PM, they now contact their victims directly through email. This has also prompted me to block public display of member's email address, so they have no other choice than to (try to) contact you through PM where I will be waiting for them with the ban-hammer. 😁
